Orders
All online orders placed through our site are safely processed via a secure server, which encrypts all credit card information.
We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal -- simply choose the appropriate payment option at check out.
If you prefer to pay with a money order, please contact us for payment information. We do not ship products before payment has been received. If you intend to pay by money order, please give yourself enough time to send the money order and wait for your package to be shipped before you need your products.
As we may be contacting you with questions, please leave us with an e-mail address that you check often.
Our minimum order amount is $5.00 before shipping charges are added.
We always add a free goodie or two to your order!
Shipping
We charge a flat rate of $6.00 for shipping to continental U.S. addresses, regardless of order size. We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses for a flat fee of $8.00. Rates for international packages are below.
Orders are generally shipped by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation from Maryland zip code 21117. However, we reserve the right to ship by another method if it seems fit. Very small and light orders may be sent via USPS First-Class Mail.
We will ship your products as soon as possible, up to five business days following receipt of your order. In the rare case that your package will take longer to ship, you will be notified by e-mail.
In the case that your package is returned to My Baby Scrapbook due to the customer's error (incorrect address on the order form, for example) or because the package was unclaimed by the recipient, it is the customer's responsibility to pay actual shipping costs to have the order re-shipped. If the customer chooses to forfeit the order at that time, a refund will be granted with the following conditions:
- only non-personalized items can be refunded;
- a 20% re-stocking fee for non-personalized items will be charged;
- actual shipping cost will not be refunded.
International Shipping
Most international packages will be shipped via Priority Mail International. The transit time for these packages is officially 6-10 days, but this time frame can vary. International shipping depends on the weight of your package. Below we have listed rates for some countries - please contact us if you have questions or need your order to be shipped to a country not listed below.
International Shipping Rates
For Australia, Brazil, Canada, England (U.K.), France, Germany, India, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Singapore, and Sweden:
$22.50 for up to 1 pound; $26.75 for up to 2 pounds; $31.00 for up to 3 pounds.
If your package weighs over 3 pounds or is being shipped to a country not listed above, we will contact you before processing your order. Otherwise, we will add the appropriate shipping charges to your order when it is processed.
Please note that all duty, customs, and brokerage fees charged on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Also note that packages are not considered "lost" by the United States Postal Service until at least 30 days have passed since the package was shipped. We will not replace any packages before those 30 days have passed.
Order Cancellations
Orders that are cancelled by the customer will be refunded whenever possible. However, if the order has already been processed (but not shipped), we will refund your total minus a 20% re-stocking charge. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. We will refund your total, minus shipping charges, minus a 20% re-stocking charge, AFTER the items have been returned to us.
We put a lot of effort into processing and packing orders as soon as possible, so please be certain that you wish to place your order before doing so.
Product Returns
Items that are damaged may be returned for a refund or replacement. Customers MUST contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your order. Products may not be returned without prior authorization.
Items returned for any other reason will be refunded (minus shipping) after receipt of the items. However, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for any returned items. Please contact us before returning your items. Items that are returned without prior approval will not be refunded. Items must be in original packaging and be in re-sellable condition.
Personalized items cannot be returned.
